Conflict Resolution Coaching can help you undersand each other's differing perspectives, values and priorities. As mutual understanding emerges, it will guide the process towards the co-creation of solutions which meet each person's needs.
As your conflict resolution coach, Mary will listen intently to each participant without judgement - without taking sides. She will tune in to what is most important to each individual. She will restate, clarify, ask questions, find common ground, move participants towards deeper and clearer communiction.
Time and again mediators have found that when individuals feel heard, respected and understood, they will begin to open up and speak about what is most important to them. As differences begin to be expressed within this safe container, new levels of understanding will gradually begin to build. Participants find themselves more open to seeing each other's point of views. They begin to understand each other's deeper needs - even if they don't see the situation the exactly same way.
Mary guides this process, supporting all parties as they become more open to hearing what matters most to the each other. Mary provides the safety and firm structure needed for clarity, connections, success.
The parties move from this new place of increased understanding towards a more open discussion focused on mutually agreeable solutions.
More creativity and possibility can be accessed. Solutions which feel respectful, often even clever and fun can be brainstormed. A follow up plan is created, with agreed upon actions, time frames and options to review and revisit in the future.
